Delivery and Return
Delivery Policy
We ship "in stock" items within 24-72 business hours directly from Thailand via Trackable Airmail after payment clearance. (Please see stock status on each product page. During high season, our stock status might not be up-to-date. If urgent, please contact us for current stock status before buying.) During Thailand's public long holidays in mid-April and New Year's, the manufacturing and shipping process may be delayed by up to 7 days. After we dispatch your order, the delivery will be the responsibility of the Postal Services of Thailand and your country.
Shipping Address
We only use the shipping address that you provide on our website, not on the payment gateway website or PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.
Delivery Time
After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The delivery time from Thailand is about 10-14 business days (approximately 2-3 weeks). For some countries, the delivery time can be longer due to the Customs service of each country. We cannot intervene in the customs process, nor can the postal administration of the destination country.

In our shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to see the tracking information. Or, if you need our help, please contact us. We will assist you very shortly.
Unclaimed / Incorrect / Insufficient Address
If the package cannot be delivered due to being unclaimed or having an incorrect/insufficient address, it will be returned to us in Thailand. We will contact you right away after receiving the returned package. To replace a new shipment for an Unclaimed or Incorrect/Insufficient address, we will need to charge a new shipping fee.
Customs Duty / Import VAT / Tax
EU customers please note: We are not signed up to the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT. Import VAT must be paid upon arrival in your country. Buyers will be responsible for any duty/tax/VAT. We do not include it in our price.

Missing Product
When you receive your shipment, make sure that you have received ALL items. Note: if you purchase a large order, you may receive 2 or more tracking numbers and they may arrive in separate shipments. For example, we may ship products in-stock to you first and made-to-order items will be dispatched later. If items are missing, please contact us within 5 days after the delivery.
Receive Wrong Items
If you receive wrong items such as a different model, color, or size, please contact us within 5 days after the delivery with your proof of photos to make the claim. Please note that sizing between each brand can be slightly different. If the size we sent is correct according to your original order, it cannot be claimed.
Lost Shipment
We provide a tracking number for every shipment. You can see the tracking status on the Thailand Post website or your country's postal service's website. If the delivery status is "Delivered" but you don't receive the shipment, we recommend you contact your local post office for more information first for the fastest service. If they cannot give you an answer or ask you to contact the sender, we will open an investigation claim with Thailand Post. This process will be the responsibility of Thailand Post and can take between 1-3 months. We might need proof of CCTV. The claim will be based on the results of the investigation. Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation cannot be claimed. If the package is returned to Thailand, we will contact you immediately.
Return Policy
Exchange / Refund
We accept products if new, in their original packaging with label, for exchange to a new size, style, or color, or for a refund within 30 days after the date that products arrived at the delivery address. For an exchange, the buyer is responsible for shipping the returns back to us and for the shipping of new products.
For a refund, the buyer pays the shipping fee for the return, and as soon as the products arrive in our office, the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you need more information, please contact us.
***Please note that customized products such as special size or personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.***
Please note "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE" or "RETURN FOR REFUND" on the package.
The returning process might be delayed at the Customs of Thailand which will require 2-3 more weeks for Customs Clearance.
We are a duly registered company in Thailand, operating in accordance with Thai laws and regulations only. Your purchase from our website signifies your full understanding and acknowledgment of this fact.
Damage
This covers all damages such as damage caused by the factory or company, transportation, or damage after the first use. Please contact us to make a claim within 30 days after receiving the product. Customers will be requested to take a few photos of the damages and will be asked a few questions during the claim process. After the claim and investigation, a new product will be replaced for you at no additional cost.
