Payment Methods & Order Cancellation

PayPal

You can pay for your order via PayPal, through which you may use your credit card, debit card, or bank account linked to your PayPal account. This method is the safest and most efficient way for payment.

After selecting PayPal as your payment option, you will be redirected to a PayPal page outside of BoxingOutfit.com to proceed with the payment. Please note that we do not ask for any financial information on our website.

Credit Card

We also accept payment from your credit card via PayPal or Stripe.

Important Information:

  • We do not accept Cash or Cheque on delivery.
  • The payment must be completed before we can process your order.
  • Incomplete payment transactions (e.g., no payment confirmation from PayPal or Stripe) will result in automatic order cancellation.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, the buyer must contact us immediately, within 48 hours. We will check to see if your order has been made (for custom products) or dispatched.

Cancellation cannot be made if your order has been dispatched or if your custom product is being made.

For refunds, please note that the Payment Gateway processing fee of 5% of the total amount is non-refundable.
